Problem With Transition Between Slides in Flash

The transitions are not working correctly between my images.  The first one works great, then it only partially works from there on out.  I have attached the .fla file, which was generated using Adobe Flash CS4. christchild5.fla christchild.swf

But I can see you are hardcoded images into FLA what is not the best solution.
