After i installed Joomla 1.7 i got many warning messages like &quot;<b>Strict Standards: Accessing static property JCache::$_handler as non static in C:\xampp\htdocs\ads\librar<wbr />ies\joomla<wbr />\cache\cac<wbr />he.php on line 396</b>&quot;<br />

All are generated by the same cache.php file but on different lines.<br />

Even in the front end i got them.<br />

How i can fix this?<br />

Joomla is a free and open-source content management system (CMS) for publishing web content.
