Security update for SQL Server 2005SP3 KB2494113 fails to install

Can't troubleshoot this issue on our SBS 2003 SP2 server. Attached is a copy of the WindowsUpdateLog.  Thanks in advance for your help and interest.

try downloading it and manualy install

Manual installed failed also.  Here's the error message. "MSP Error: 29528  The setup has encountered an unexpected error while Installing performance counters. The error is: The configuration registry key is invalid".  Thanks.
