Outlook connection timing-out remotely and locally

Hi,
We have an Exchange 2007 ccr cluster with a separate HTCA server and another for OWA. Outlook connection for many local and remote clients takes forever and times-out. OWA is fine. Task Manager, events, disk, etc seem ok on all of them.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

did you tried forcing the oUtlook connection using the "TCP\Ip" or HTTPs alone.
During the time of the issue what is the connection status details? Directory gone broken?

Apologies for not getting-back sooner. I was planning a reboot of the cluster and HTCA server at 5:30, however everything started working normally again at 4:30! Not sure what caused the problem. The only thing I had done was to change the Host FQDN in CAS back to the computer's FQDN about an hour beforehand.
Either that, or BT had been 'doing something behind the scenes', which won't be the first time. ;-)

Hmm

Good to hear that the Outlook started working fine...without more trouble.
