I have a Fujitsu FI-600NS scanner that we use to scan documents and then email them. Currently it is hooked up to a 2003 Exchange box and has no issues sending emails out. We have moved to Exchange 2010 and now when we program the scanner to use the 2010 server as its SMTP server it does not work. Internal emails will still work and be routed but anything with an external email address will not go.
My guess is some sort of connector needs to be set up but not sure if it should be a send or receive connector. Has anyone run into a similar issue and could provide step by step instructions?
