I have a list of Job Codes and some job codes have several census codes.  This list displays the 5 different line items if there are 5 different census codes.  How can I get the data to display only one line item.

Example

Code     Census Code
AB               11
AB               102
AB               103

How can it look like this

Code     Census #1    Census #2   Census  #3
AB               11              102               103
