Are you referring to vault store rollover where the vault store becomes read only and yo create a separate vault store partition for new eamils or somethign else?

Does Powershell have you tied up in knots?

Managing Active Directory does not always have to be complicated.  If you are spending more time trying instead of doing, then it's time to look at something else. For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why

That snapshot makes more sense.

To recap:  You are using snaplock on the Netapp (nice touch) and want to migrate from vault store (and vault store partition to the one on the Netapp)

Two ways I can see of doing this

1.  Export the Journal archive and re-import to new vault store (painfull method)
2.  Move vault store manually (this will keep the initial vault store just change location)

I am not sure if there is a direct way of doing this, a call to EV Support should provide more detail.  Starting in EV8 there is a vault store migrator utility but not sure if it moves the entire vault store or vault store partition which is what you're trying to accomplish.

Hope this helps.
