Resyncing doesn't fix the problem but removing the machine from active directory and reattaching it fixed the issue.

I have a user on Windows 7 Pro that's running into issues when he works off our network. I'm guessing it's a syncronization problem but when he works offline at points his icons on his desktop grey out and do not work.<br />

His folder is redirected when on the network but it should still work when he goes offline.<br />

Has anyone dealt with this and how did you fix it?
