SET UP DIFFERENT TEMPLEATE OUTLOOK MEETING INVITE

I was wondering if it was possible to set up some different templates for meeting invites. I am doing a PC replacement project and have to send out individual meeting invites to each client, I have to copy and paste the Location, Subject and body for every invite, is there a way to set up 1 invite so every time I open a meeting invite I can select what template and use it? I have about 1000 to send and they copy and paste thing just isn't efficient.

Hey there...did you try to mail merge from Word to email?
