VSS errors on SBS 2003

VssAdmin: Unable to create a shadow copy: Either the specified volume was not found or it is not a local volume.
Command-line: 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\vssadmin.exe Create Shadow /AutoRetry=5 /For=\\?\Volume{44e30db0-6889-11d8-9d35-806e6f6e6963}\'.
So what does this error mean and what do I do to fix it.

A lot of the Regs gave me errors when i went to registor them
what do I do
Could you please post what the erros are?
I've requested that this question be deleted for the following reason:

I am no longer onsite at that server. I have left it and am no longer working on it and I did not have the chance to continue answering questions to maybee fix it
why does every one want to know what the errors are.
even Microsft who built it asks what the error codes are. I wish they could say OHH yes that problem here is the fix
Perhaps that is how we diagnose problems, much like when you take your car in and say my car isn't working, they ask for more details.
The more detail as to the symptoms and errors that are posted, the better we can assist. Your first post had a basic error message and thus a suggestion was made to re-register the VSS dll's was based on that. In order to address the dll registration errors we would need to know what they are. Perhaps the file doesn't exist, it's a permission issue, and so on. Once you become proficient and understand the error messages and event logs you seldom need assistance from others. They are very important.
I apologize but there is no magic button.
OK I wish the answer was not a link. it did not say to registoer the  one at a time,
But I tried that and the service finally started., so we will see from here but maybee it would be nice not to have a link but an indepth answer thanks for your help
Thanks explorer648.
The issue was not the points but rather your comment;"why does every one want to know what the errors are."

As for the link there was a brief explanation of what the link was, but there was little point in reposting in in entirety here along with a credit to the author, Susan Bradley.
I am curious as to how you tried to apply the commands other than 1 at a time ?
If you wanted to do so they can easily be put into a batch file, but if that were the suggestion I would have provided more details.

I truly do not mean to be rude but if you are not aware to run one at a time and you do not understand why we need error messages to assist, it sounds like it would be a good idea to sign up for some server training courses if you are responsible for one or more servers.
All the best.

No i did put all commands in one batch file and half of them failed. But one at a time they worked.
So you answer did work just needed some more input. But all seems to be running now
