setup vervizon email in Mac outlook 2011

Hi,
I'm trying to setup vervizon email in Mac outlook 2011 as a second pop mail account.
but it does not show up in the "Inbox" on the left pane?
how do I make it show up? because it only show my "Hotmail" account in the "Inbox".

but my question is why the 2nd pop account doesn't show in the "Inbox" on the left pane?

If nothing is wrong with the actual account in your case and you've tested this. I would do a complete removal of the account. Restart your machine, and attempt to add it back following the instructions I posted in my previous reply. Otherwise, I don't see any logical reason it would not show up as it is supposed to be under Inbox once you add it. Hopefully, re adding it will solve you issue. Have a great day.;

I tried to delete all email accounts in Outlook 2011 and tried to recreate them again.
but the weir thing is that, one account is still show in the inbox with all the emails (even though all all account has been deleted. because for sure when I open Tools/Accounts (no account is shown at all).
Weir... weir....

Try delete all the files under: (** Make sure that you have all the hotmail mails on webmail or anyother location as a backup)

/users/username/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/Main Identity/Database
and
/users/username/DocumentsMicrosoft User Data/Office 2011 Identities/Main Identity/Data

This will delete all the files related to the account and you may not see them in Outlook. Re add the POP accounts and that should work normal.. Hope so....

I deleted the Identity/database.
added both Verizon and Hotmail accounts, but still only one showed.
if I added Verizon first, then only Verizon showed in the "Inbox" on the left Panel.
if I added Hotmail first, then only Hotmail showed in the "Inbox" on the left Panel.
I can NOT get both accounts to how up in the left Panel. even though both accounts settup.

May be I should go back to Office 2008 and using Entourage.

I install Office 2008 and using Entourage. Created 2 accounts (Verizon and Hotmail) and still only the Inbox. is there to make it show Verizon and Hotmail in the Inbox separately?

The only way for me to have separate account boxes is to create rules.
one rule for each box.
so now I have 2 folders in the "Inbox", one for Hotmail and one for Verizon.
The rules just move all incoming hotmails to Hotmail folder, and the same for Verizon.
