tpm clear password - never set password
Hello,
One of our laptops which was setup using MDT is having issues where they can't enter their password to logon. It's saying the TPM needs to be reset (probably too many bad password attempts). When i logon using the bitlocker Recovery Password and go to TPM.msc, i try to 'Clear TPM' or 'Change Owner Password'. I've never set the TPM Owner Password as I deploy bitlocker and Windows 7 via MDT. How do I find the TPM Ower Password. In AD for that particular computer, I have a tab labelled 'Bitlocker Recovery' where there is the Recovery Password and the Password ID but neither is the TPM Owner Password. Any suggestions? Thank you .
