2 column layout

Hello,
In my asp.net web site, I tried to set up 2 column layout.
One is left sidebar, the second one is the main context. However it looks like not working.
Please see the css and master code.

Many thanks.

In order to use multiple columns you need to use tables.
within the content template enter the following.  The <td></td> tags are columns and you can adjust the width with the settings shown below.

<table style="width: 100%">
<tr>
<td width="10%" align="right">COLUMN 1
</td>
<td> COLUMN 2
</td>
</tr>
</table>

Here is an example http://www.zenelements.com/blog/css3-multiple-columns/ on how to create the double column style sheet.  After the css style is defined then
make sure the class is specified in the paragraph tag <p class="my_CSS3_id"></p>.
