HP Officejet Pro 8000 Printer wireless setup

this is for setting up three printers one of those printers has wireless integrated the other two we purchased a wireless adapter for it.  We have a wireless network already set up. What is the proper way to set up this printer to work wirelessly on  Windows 7 workstations.

Normally, I will attach it locally to a single machine to configure it, assign the static address, and then run the installers on the other machines.

Heres the software..... The HP driver installs will search the subnet for wireless printers. Depending on the functionality you need from the other clients, will dictate either Full featured software, or basic driver install...
