I am looking for a good .NET Open Source Product.  I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions.  The 3 I am starting with are:

Orchard
DotNetNuke
Umbraco

I am open to other suggestions though.  There are a few requirements I need in the product I choose.  Her is what I need:

Ability to Publish Content (Obviously)
Something with an Approval Process for Publishing Content
Must be .NET Framework
Has great Extendability
A critical one too is that I must have the source code for customizing.
Social Media modules is a big plus too.

Please let me know as this is a time sensitive project.

The three most popular open-source CMS are Wordpress, Drupal, and Joomla.  There are millions of users of each, with robust development communities  These are PHP machines.  All three are free, as are the server components that support them, typically Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP (a "LAMP Stack").

The .NET requirement slams a lot of doors.  It's sort of like saying, "I want a really nice car, but it has to have a 3-cylinder diesel engine."  You might want to reconsider whether you really need to live with that self-imposed restriction, when there are so many good alternatives available.

Best of luck with your project, ~Ray

Ray I agree and we do use Wordpress, Drupal, and Joomla for a number of sites we develop.  They are very superior products, but per clients requirements we need a .NET platform for this project.  So with that are there any other recommendations other than the 3 I mentioned?

Try kentico, they have some limitations for their free version of the product but, its an excellent choice for most web projects.
