Hello,

A user's mailbox was moved from London to Calgary. Now nobody in calgary can see his free/busy schedule in Outlook.
I logged on to his account and did outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy and outlook opened. Logged on to my account and created a meeting and I still cannot see his free/busy schedule. I log on to his outlook profile and the meetings are there...many meetings.

I figured it out.
I went into ADSIt and on the legacyExchangeDN and made the CN name match the logon name. I also added an X500 address under email addresses and waited for replication to happen. His free/busy regenerated and users are able to send him emails.;
