Unable to see free/busy on 1 user

Hello,

A user's mailbox was moved from London to Calgary. Now nobody in calgary can see his free/busy schedule in Outlook.
I logged on to his account and did outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy and outlook opened. Logged on to my account and created a meeting and I still cannot see his free/busy schedule. I log on to his outlook profile and the meetings are there...many meetings.

You experience issues in Outlook when you try to configure free/busy information or when you try to delegate information
