We are Co-Existing with Exchange 2003 / 2010.  We have Journaling enabled,  and the Journal Recipient is an Exchange 2003 Mailbox. All of the Exchange 2003 Mailboxes are Journaling OK but none of the Exchange 2010 Mailboxes are being captured in the 2003 Journaling Mailbox.

I tested this same scenario in Lab and it works ...  I don't know why it’s not working in our live production environment?

Have you tried setting the journal recipient to be a 2010 Mailbox?
