SBS 2011 with Exchange 2010 error message

I am running SBS 2011 with Exchange 2010 and lately when I attempt to open the Exchange Management Console I get this error message:

Can anyone tell me what this means?  Thanks

The IP has never changed, and this was all running fine a week or so ago with nothing changed.

And it happens from the server.

Restarting IIS solves it but thanks for the help
