Server 2008 File Cluster - DTC and Witness Disk errors

I am repeatedly getting DTC events every 1 hour and Witness Disk related errors

System Event:

Cluster resource 'DTC' in clustered service or application 'Cluster Group' failed.

The event above is immediately followed by the following:

The Cluster service failed to bring clustered service or application 'Cluster Group' completely online or offline. One or more resources may be in a failed state. This may impact the availability of the clustered service or application.

Witness Disk:

Event ID:1069

Cluster resource 'Witness Disk' in clustered service or application 'Cluster Group' failed.

See cluster logs

Any help would be appreciated

I usually create a separate group for DTC just to keep the default cluster group "clean".
Therefore  DTC would need an IP address, network name and a small disk.
