file compare utility.

I have two txt files.  File A contains over 500 names.  File B contains about 100 names.  

Is there a utility out there which allows me to highlight all names in file A which appear in File B?

Please advise.

Compare IT http://www.grigsoft.com/wincmp3.htm is a very powerful tool to do comparions in files.  The nice thing about this is that it shows you both files side by side, and you can very easily see what is the same in both.

Unfortunately, this doesn't help you much if the comparisons are going to be very fragmented, making it very hard for you to select the text you want.
