Renew SSL Cert SBS2008

I have an SSL cert from GoDaddy which just auto renewed.  I redownloaded the new .crt file and followed the directions they gave me to install.  After going into iis7, hitting complete request, and searching for the .crt file, I get an error.  First question, do I need to reinstall the intermediate?  Second, do I have to generate a new CSR and give to godaddy to renew this?  Whats the easiest way to install the renewal?  Thanks!

I tried that but no luck.  I keep getting an error message when trying to "Complete certificate request."

I downloaded from godaddy 2 seperate files, 1 is a .crt and the other an intermediate.  As I said I am just trying to renew this.  Do I have to send them a new request or is there some simple way to do this with the files I downloaded?  Im completely lost when it comes to this.  I am using iis7 and this cert is so users dont get that ugle message when trying to access OWA as well as add their email accounts to their ipads/iphones ect.

Thanks
