We have many users running published desktops on XenApp 6.
With our roaming laptop users, when their laptop batteries are low, they do not know until the laptop shuts down.

Is there a way to redirect the battery metre to the Xenapp published desktop taskbar?

XenApp 6 nor 6.5 does not do powercpl redirection which means that it cannot unfortunately show your your battery status inside an ICA session.  RDP also does not support this.
