How free space in Symantec Backup Exec

Dear Experts,

The disk is full I want to delete same backed up data, even the ones that suppose to be kept for 2 weeks, how to do that. Do I have to do it directory from the backup partition, or has to be done under Symantec Backup Exec itself?

if there is an option of incremental backup use that
dont create full image every time, you will end up on low space always
