I Pad synchronization issue

Hi Experts,

I have a synchronization issue on one i Pad. When the synchronization with the personal computer starts - i Tunes displays optimizing and shortly after that crashes. The information that needs to be synced is pictures and music. Any ideas what can i do?

Uninstall itunes then download itunes from www.itunes.com and install it.  If that doesn't work then try a different cable for the ipad.
