Exchange ActivSync & OWA Not Working On LAN

We have a problem with our iphones not syncing and desktop machines unable to access OWA when on the lan. Both of these had worked previously but has now stopped working since we had a new leased line.

Our iphones are set to use activsync server owa.domain.co.uk and when typed into a browser on a desktop the page times out - however, you can access OWA if you type https://server/owa

When WiFi is enabled on the iPhone, all you get is "Connection to mail server failed".
