ZIP files do not appear in the MOSS Document Library Upload Multiple Files on - Windows Server 2008 R2

Hi Friends,

Issue:
ZIP files do not appear in the “Upload Multiple Files..” window on a SharePoint 2007 Document Library on CITRIX virtual desktop.
If the “Browse” option is selected instead of the multiple file option the ZIP files display properly(they are visible in the same Windows folder as viewed by Windows Explorer).
This works perfectly on XP.

It is working fine on Windows Server 2003 SP2 Operating System.


Environment:
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2
MOSS 2007, WSS 3.0,
