Javascript fail to create ActiveXObject("Outlook.Application");

Hello Experts,
 I have a problem in some clients ( I.E 8) when I Run the following Javascript command I got a null
gOutlookObj = new ActiveXObject("Outlook.Application");

In Firefox I don'y face this problem,  I face it only in few IE 8 clients


 cab you please advise

does 'gOutlookObj' comes as null when you try to initialize the same?

it works fine in most of the company, few clients facing the problem

 i need a soluation in client configuration
