Hi

At the minute we have a meeting already set out to people and in their calendars.
We need to add a resource to this meeting but without sending an email update to everyone involved

Is that possible

Outlook 2010 - Exchange 2007

Thanks

I tested this and am not able to do so.  If you are ONLY adding "Attendees" then when you save and close the meeting you get the option to only update added/removed attendees; however, a resource is a location change and the option doesn't seem to appear.
