Outlook messages are being moved to deleted items

Hello,

Have a client running Exchange 2007 and users run Outlook 2003.  One of the users just started having an issue where random messages from her Inbox are being moved to deleted items.  Sometimes it is messages she has read and other times, unread messages are moved there.  She has no rules setup at all.  Any ideas of why this would be happening?

Has user got any delegates or any permissions set on Inbox, calendar, etc? You may also want to check junk e-mail setting to make sure they're not too agressive.

Her secretary has full access to her Mailbox and usually organizes the email into folders for her, but never deletes.  Junk mail is set to low.

Hmm .. only thing I can think of is possible rule on secretary's Outlook or possibly corrupt Outlook profile. Any PDA,Smartphoine or BB in use by Manager that may be syncing incorrectly?

No rules on secretary's.  She has BB, it is on BB server, but other partner is on same server with same policies, etc and does not have this issue

Although there appear to be no rules it may be worth starting outlook with the /cleanrules switch on both Partner and secretary's machines and seeing how it behaves after that.
