Defragment and campaction of Ad windows server 2008 ent edition domain controllers

Hi,
I am running windows server 2008 ent edition x32 domain with about 4 DC's.  In order to do an offline defragmentation and compaction of AD do I have to do it on each one of my DC's or just one?
