How do I configure high availability for the Unifed Messaging role?

Does anybody have a step by step?

From the exchange side adding multiple UM servers is the only possibility for HA. Do take note that if you are using it in combination with SIP you'll need to adapt whatever configuration you have to point to multiple servers
