Hello All,<br />

I have to create standard procedural documents/templates for our SQL servers.<br />
<br />
-SQL database backups and log backups (includes how to track and verify daily db backups)<br />
-SQL server patching (procedure)<br />
-Setup New SQL server for development/UAT etc ( create template to store information to setup new server which should include database, permissions, owner, approvals etc.)<br />
-Replication (check records in sync)<br />
-SQL daily checks (include backups, jobs disk space etc.)<br />
<br />
If anybody have any templates or documents or any kind of procedures for any of these and would share it I would really appreciate it. <br />
