Hello All,

I have to create standard procedural documents/templates for our SQL servers.

-SQL database backups and log backups (includes how to track and verify daily db backups)
-SQL server patching (procedure)
-Setup New SQL server for development/UAT etc ( create template to store information to setup new server which should include database, permissions, owner, approvals etc.)
-Replication (check records in sync)
-SQL daily checks (include backups, jobs disk space etc.)

If anybody have any templates or documents or any kind of procedures for any of these and would share it I would really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Isn't there a default report in SSRS that gives an overview?

Thanks for the links. I will go through them.

Which report? Please share more details so I won't spend more time investigating this.

Thanks,
