What type of Drop Down menu is this?

I have been trying to figure out how to do drop down menus like the ones on this site: http://www.georgiadogs.com/ . I don't even know what that type of menu is called. I am working in Joomla 1.7 so extension references or even the name of what the menu style is called would be nice.

its a mega menu

for joomla there are some free
