Hi All,

I have migrated from exchange 2007 to exchange 2010 server, I have switched off my exchange 2007 server after two months from the migrations and Im planning to uninstall soon.
now most of my outlook 2007 users are getting the windows login screen each time they use outlook, it keeps in prompting them for their password.
kindly advise what could be the problems.

Thanks

a) Did you update Exchange 2007 before starting the migration ?
b) Did you enable Kernel Mode Authentication in Exchange 2007 and apply the necessary patches / updates ?
check the article here.

Also, please check on ex2010 if all standard exchange services are running.
