Onenote 2010 problems

Dear sir or madam,
I have a problem with onenote 2011

A while ago while selecting some text in onenote 2010 i noticed the letters in some words vibrating i.e. moving left and right but since then the problem has become increasingly annoying.

Awhile ago i reinstalled my windows for maintenance purpose and onenote 2010 worked perfect  i.e. no letters vibrating but when i opened the notebook the letter 'vibration' started again while i am dragging text. its driving me nuts.

I have over 300 pages on that notebook so creating a new one is out of the question.

And once the notebook is oped with onenote 2010  it stays with the vibration even after i close the book.

One thing this book was created with a 32 bit version of onenote 2010 and i am trying to run it on a 64 bit version could that be the problem

Another thing while i have the zoom to 100% almost no vibration occur and when i put the zoom on more it starts to happen more by the zoom
Thanks in advance
