How to add a distribution list to a legacy mailbox

How to add a distribution list created in exchange 2007 to a legacy mailbox which is created in 2003.

If possible please attach the screenshot and the steps to add.

I haven't worked with 2003, but if you can't add a distro group using AD, then setup a regular user with the distro name and use forwarding to the users who need to receive mail.  so the email will come into the distro mailbox and then forward to all the users.

Hope you didnt understand the Question

I want to add a DL to a Mail Box ( All the Users in the Dl should have access for the Mail Box)

Is That Possible?

oh, so right now you have the legacy mailbox and you also have a distro list?  and you want all the users in that distro list to have full access to that legacy mailbox?
