what email client is on that machine: maybe it doesn't understand the mailto: syntax which &nbsp;is pretty standard on the net though, so if it doesn't work like that I'm not sure there's much we can do about it.

mail to is Micros. Outlook. I have an old pdf file which again has an email button and that seems to work fine. Once I created the new one, that gives me the error.

I have a pdf file and I have an email and print button. When I send the data and submit the email button from my computer it sends email fine. There is one computer that does not submit the email and gives &quot;this operation is not permitted&quot;. What I am missing? <br />
