Error "this operation not permitted" while submit thru email button from pdf

I have a pdf file and I have an email and print button. When I send the data and submit the email button from my computer it sends email fine. There is one computer that does not submit the email and gives "this operation is not permitted". What I am missing?

what email client is on that machine: maybe it doesn't understand the mailto: syntax which  is pretty standard on the net though, so if it doesn't work like that I'm not sure there's much we can do about it.

mail to is Micros. Outlook. I have an old pdf file which again has an email button and that seems to work fine. Once I created the new one, that gives me the error.

What I figured out is that when i save the file in just PDF/A works fine and when i save it Adobe PDF it will give the error. Thanks guys
