Transferring Email Distribution Groups from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010

I'm getting ready to upgrade from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.  I have a lot of email distribution groups on the Exchange 2003 server. How do I move those groups to Exchange 2010?
