Hey all,

I am trying to get the directory IpPhone attribute to pull down to cisco mobile 8.1. I have indexed the attributes IpPhone, telephoneNumber, and mobile and none of these pull down to my IPhone when searching the corporate directory. The only thing I get when I search the directory is the name of the person and if I want to copy to my iPhone contacts. When I choose copy, no phone numbers are listed. I did add something to the ldap field mappings, I have attached a pic of the configuration in CUCM. Any help is  appreciated.     CUCM config AD config

In the pic I attached ipPhone is correct.  Also the fact that I am able to pull up the directory tells me the sync is working it's just not populating the phone number. Also I have no issues with LDAP on my regular IP phones.

Thanks for the reply guys. I found out what the issue was. I had to reset the Dirsync service in CUCM. Since Willy's link led me to think about restarting the service I will give him partial credit. Thanks again.
