Server 2003 Cluster Event 1069

I have a two node cluster.  Once of the Generic Services will not start.  All dependencies start just fine.  I can start the service manually on each node through services.msc.  Event log just states Cluster resource 'Cluster name" in resource group failed.

We ended up just deleteing the resource and re adding it.  Going to close this question.
