i have created the infopath form to publish it into the sharepoint libary. I want to save the from as the draft with the required filed are not fill out. later on the user can resume the form where they left. If there ia nay way we can do this without writing the custom code or without using any workflow. If there is solution please let me know. It will great help.

Hello,

the title of the question does not tell us very much about your issue. You will probably get better response if you use a description of the problem in the title.

If you do not want to use workflow, do not want to use custom code, then the user will need to fill in the required fields before the item can be saved.

You could use default values for the required fields, which make it clear that the item is still being worked on, like "to be completed" for a text field or 1/1/1900 for a date.

Then the user can save the form without filling in the ACTUAL data and return to the form later. But this would also defy the purpose of required fields.
