Calling Isapi_redirect.dll failed

I am trying to access my default website when I get the following error Calling LoadLibraryEx on ISAPI filter <Drive:\Location>isapi_redirect.dll failed.

I found some info on IIS6 but nothing of 7.. Anyone have any ideas?

Environment:

Windows 2008R2/IIS7

This issue was ultimately caused by not having the correct folder permissions. Once the permissions were added to the folder (and sub folders) I was able to access the default website.
