Email Address like support/Help

What is the best way to do the create the above type of email account to access more than one person  and when one of the member replay to the email need to reconnized whithin the group.

And also some support email come with the no replay way . how can I go about that type of email address .

IF you have exchnage 2010 then its simple. Use a shared mailbox.
