Hi I have a site that has been corrupted.
The server had a backup of the files, but no good backup of the database.
The mysql database is now wrecked.  I tried repairing it via phpMyAdmin but no good.

Can anyone help me repair this?

Thanks,
The site is http://www.rochedalerovers.com.au/football/administrator/index.php

Ok great, thanks for the reply... how can I do this?
Do I need to run some sql statements within phpMyAdmin, if so which ones?

So now I dropped jos_modules and jos_module_menu and it wokred, but there error still remains here

http://www.rochedalerovers.com.au/football/administrator/index.php

so obviously the script I am running has been corrupted and isn't working.

ooh it is all to no avail
I tried a clean script, got the errors removed see http://www.rochedalerovers.com.au/football/administrator/index.php

I am now no longer able to login

I tried going to jos_users and changing the password, but there is no way I can access the site, it will not let me login

well... my best guess will be to delete all the custom modules and plugins you have added to the project and leave the basic installation defaults.

doesn't help.. time to debug to see what is the problem:(
monitor the running sqls: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/database/monitor-all-sql-queries-in-mysql/

does it work in your development environment?

what you intend to do?

maybe you can copy the content to clean joomla site database (without creating database structure)
in your development create new install of joomla, check it works, copy content, check it still works.
the last two you can do step by step to see nothing gets corrupted

any how a good practice will be:
1) backup databases on regular basis
2) check site for injections of SQL and XSS (there are various tools on the web)
