Im having an issue with a customers system, where they try and send an email from a 3rd party reservations system. All the software does is links to Outlook.

The to, subject and message fields are automatically populated, though when you press send you get the error "Cannot send Item".
When you change the email it works fine, even to the point of removing the m off com and adding it back, is a work around.

We were running Outlook 2003, then Outlook 2003 SP3, now Outlook 2007 and are getting the same issue.

Another issue is its running on a terminal server and the support for the software won't support because they are using macs to access the terminal server. .... stupid.

If someone can help that would be great. thanks,

This can sometimes be causeed by Outlook 2007 not able to handle some web mail address formats.

You can work around this by changing the format of
your message to rich text by selecting "Options", "Format" , "Rich Text". You
can send the message without any problem.
