I have a user who is generating the attached TMG log entry when making his (repeatedly failed) attempts to submit information to a website.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing the attached error ?

Hi,
Please create one rule for this specific user in TMG Firewall from Internal to External and in user section just select specific user in it.

Hope this could resolved the issue.

We upgraded the firewall to a new physical box, this seems to have resolved the error.
