Hi There

I have a client who got an email which contained a "virus" it put in a calendar entry into her calendar on outlook 2003, using exchange 2010 every day at the same time for as far forward as i can see, she also opened the email on her blackberry and its now put a calendar entry into her phone as the same(they have no BES server on exchange syncing her calendar, how can we clear these entries?

Thanks In advance

If it is a single appointment with a recurring schedule, then you just need to delete the first appointment, and the rest will go.

Other wise change the view so instead of looking at the 'Calendar'view, you look at a list of appointments. I think it is called list view. Sort by subject or some other field which you can use to find occurences of this 'virus' appointment, and delete them all.

Remember - once you are in list view, as long as you have them sorted with all the appointments you want to delete, you can highlight all the ones you want and select delete to delete them all in one go.

Click the top one, scroll to the bottom one. Click with shift held own to highlight them all, and then delete.
