Hello Exports

We have setup a new SBS 2011 box.

Moved all emails into exchange.  Though some emails will not go over.  Every email over 10Mb.

i can not find a setting to increase this value.

The mail clients are Outlook 2002, go figure. Can't upgrade customer doesn't want too.

Anyone got any ideas.

Regards,

Organization Configuration => Hub Transport => Global Settings tab => Transport Settings => properties => General tab.

you can also use the exchange shell:

Set-TransportConfig

Set-TransportConfig -MaxReceiveSize xMB -MaxSendSize xMB

good luck! =)

In exchange 2007 those settings are in:
organization config / hub transport / global settings / transport settings
I think it is the same in 2011

there is a limit in outlook you can modify it:

yes i've already done this.

Through this is a transport setting.  All i've going is move mail from a PST file to the exchange 2010 server.  Copy and Paste and i get the error.

thank link talks about emails 20Mb +  i'm having problems with 10Mb plus
