I have bee tasked with creating a page on our sharpoint site where employees can report faults etc from within the company, so if they see something that needs doing they can add it to sharepoint and then a relevant email will be sent to the required person.<br />

Can anybody give me some guidance on &nbsp;how to acheive this.<br />
