Need help to resolve Error: 10060: Connection timed out in citrix servers

I have ran the report in edgesight (Network Summary -> Clicked Web Errors by Day ->Site Network Errors ) In report found many Error: 10060: Connection timed out, Pelase let me know what it mean and how can I fix this erros.

WSAETIMEDOUT (10060) Connection timed out.
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time or established connection failed because the connected host has failed to respond.

This is a TCP error.  The connection timed out at the TCP level.
